To help minimise bruising and achieve the best possible results, we recommend:
Attend your consultation with clean, makeup-free skin where possible.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment.
If medically appropriate, avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil or vitamin E) for 48 hours beforehand. Always consult your GP before stopping any prescribed medication.
Please let us know if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, feeling unwell or have any active skin infections.
Arrive well hydrated and allow enough time for your consultation and treatment.

Following your treatment, please follow these aftercare instructions:
Do not rub or massage the treated area for 24 hours.
Remain upright for at least 4 hours after your appointment.
Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms and hot baths for 24 hours.
Avoid alcohol for the remainder of the day.
Refrain from applying makeup to the treated area for at least 12 hours where possible.
Results will gradually develop over the next 3–14 days, with full results typically visible after two weeks.
If recommended, attend your review appointment so we can assess your results and make any adjustments if clinically appropriate.
